Chicago Avenue near Howard Street
Police will be enforcing the 30 mph speed limit at the entrance of the Calvary Cemetry (on your right, going Northbound from Chicago), about midway between South Boulevard and Howard Street, once you enter Evanston city limit. If you go a couple miles over, it’s okay; but 40 mph will definitely get you a ticket.
