China Lake Boulevard near Ridgecrest Regional Hospital
China Lake Boulevard from Inyokern Road South to Bowman Road by Walmart is 35 MPH. It is a very dangerous stretch of road due to the many businesses, lack of traffic signals/stop signs from side streets and a suicide lane situation. The accident rate is high, so law enforcement is pretty strict.

Bowman Road is 3 miles south of Inyokern Road. There are 7 signal light and 3 stop sign intersections in this stretch of road. I do not consider that a lack of traffic control.
