Citrus Tower Boulevard near US Highway 50
The speed limit is 30 mph near the hospital. After the light at Northridge, it increases to 35 mph. They hide at the bottom of the hills and near the stop signs. Also, make sure you come to a complete and total stop at all stop signs. They like to write tickets for that too.
