City Limits and surrounding area
Police call in all license plates of vehicles moving and parked. Usually more than 60 are called in per hr. On weekends when out of towners are visiting it is especially a bad time to drive or park on public roads. Anyone with a prior conviction from the call in will be stopped. Pickup Trucks and Motorcycles are almost always stopped, usually for incomplete stops or loud mufflers.
