The tall red-headed cop who drives the car with no lights on top will stop you for almost anything including having mis-matching tail lights or not waving at him correctly. If you are driving 10 over he will stop you. If you are driving 2 under he will stop you. He has plenty of hiding places. Be careful and wave nicely.
