Patrol car sits at an angle next to traffic barricade 1/2 mile north of Bullsboro Dr./ Hwy 34 @ I-85 . At this time excessive fines are being issued. Recent example is, 15mph over the posted speed limit =$ 990 fine. 10-15 over is typical speeds in that area. Also be advised the prosecutor will not pre-negotiate prior to court.
