Clear Lake City Blvd between Hwy 3 & El Camino
There is a cop that will sit in the parking lot where the offices are at the corner of El Camino & Clear Lake City Blvd by the Blockbuster. I have noticed them there several times especially during the night. Also is a cop sitting into the entrance of Slyvan Rodriguez Park on a few occasions as well as the street next to the Subway.
