Policeman stationed at the top of the hill in front of Cheddar’s restaurant with a (new type) LIDAR gun pointing back down the hill toward the post office. He is difficult to see because the sun is directly in the eyes of the oncoming traffic in the morning. This same stretch of road is also infested with numerous traffic cameras.
