COAST GUARD Road near State Highway 58
1ST Stop light going across the bridge to emerald isle. Then take your first right on coast guard rd.local police continually park on side roads and along the side roads. road has a few curves in which police hide. Speed limit is 35mph, but tickets are given to those at 40mph and over.

As a resident of Emerald Isle and Coast Guard Rd, I feel this level of enforcement is neccessary. Coast Guard is a residential street and it used by a lot of by a lot of cyclist and joggers.
