I see a police officer almost every morning in the the Car Wash parking lot on Coffey and Chinden. Also, I see them a lot at the Uhaul on the other side of the street
They park on the other end of Coffey/Marigold in the Emerson House parking lot. You really can't see them until its too late. You also can't see them if you're traveling on Marigold towards Garrett so make sure you come to a complete stop and use your signals.
