Colonial Heights/Route 1 Boulevard near Martin Luther King Bridge
Officers wait at the bottom of the hill, just before you crossover the Martin Luther King bridge into Petersburg. They are mostly there in the morning around 7:30-8:00 am. However, they have occasionally been sitting there in the afternoon.
