Colorado Boulevard near Exit Number San Rafael exit from 134 fwy
West bound and East bound Colorado Blvd that runs parallel to the 134 between San Rafael and Figueroa. I have seen at least 2-3 motorcycle officers with radar parked on the side streets on various days.
