Coming from Clovis, NM entering Texas on Hwy 60.
Farwell, TX is right on the border of New Mexico and Texas. Posted speed limit is 75mph. Was pulled over by a uniform person driving an unmarked faded gray Ford Explorer. He never ID himself and only asked for drivers license. Claimed I was doing 88mph. When I challenged him, he said, well you slowed to 78mph when you saw me. I replied, I never saw you. He walked away and returned with a ticket for $220.00. The person I was to pay this too was a JP who lived in Farwell,TX and worked from her home. The way I figured I had to pay a toll for going through their little nothing town.
