Police in cars and on motorcycles frequently sit for hours and wait to wright multiple tickets to drivers. Especially at the parking lot of the El Gallo Mexican Restaraunt.

Yeah, this is a place where police sit on motorcycles and surprise trafic. The light doesn't work right, it just comes on automatically red.
I know this spot, the light is definately broken, it goes from black to red, and cops sit there waitng for someone to miss that going 40 miles per hour, and pull them over.
