Connecticut Avenue near Taylor Street
Southbound Connecticut traffic is watched from the 4-H Center driveway, in the 7000 block. It’s a long straight-a-way w/out traffic lights, so speeds can spool up and be most surprised when an officer in tan steps from the curb or pulls out in a cruiser, during less pleasant weather.
