Connecticut Avenue north and south bound between East-West Highway
Hard to believe this one hasn’t made the list before now. One of the most over-patroled stretches of highway in Maryland. Village police force with nothing else to do. Usually trap in the "off-peak" direction during rush hours and during light traffic hours.
