Motorcycle patrolmen, one or two, station themselves on southside of road under trees and target mostly eastbound traffic. Their position is near the bottom of a hill, which makes it very difficult for drivers to maintain the posted 30 mph speed limit. The road is wide enough for two cars in each direction, but only marked for one lane. This section of roadway is a continuation of a longer section which has a 40 mph speed limit. The favorite times for this trap seem to be during the morning and/or evening commute.
