They sit in front of the old Hall’s garden center, right next to Hall’s meat market, and right across the street from Western Reserve Gift And Garden. They are in plain sight most of the time, but for some reason people do not slow down and they get caught. Sometimes they hide behind the building. I’ve seen this many many times before!
