LAPD Officer parks his bike on sidewalk and stands between two cars with his little gun if you are going over the 30 mph limit he jumps out in the street and motions you to pull over.
This guy is a real piece of work, if your going 31 mph he WILL cite you! Hopefully the next car he “jumps in front of to cite for speeding” will clip him.
