Corner of Fourth Street and Manhattan
Turning from Fourth onto Manhattan. The police car is parked on the parallel street to Fourth and he waits on the corner with his radar gun. The speed sign is on the corner under a truck sign and really is hard to see. You turn from Fourth going 30 and clocked immediately as you turn. All of a sudden a policeman shows up in the middle of the street. You are finished. I went around to check where the speed sign was and you really have to look for it.
