Corner of Mill Rd. and Lacey Ln.
Occasionally I’ve seen that a cop will be in the gravel driveway of an electrical tower at the corner of Mill Road and Lacey Lane. The position is hidden by a small hill so if you’re driving north on Mill you can be caught without even knowing they were there.
