Corner of Westmoreland Rd. and Ovilla Rd. (Farm-To-Market Rd. 664)
Ovilla police like to set up radar in the early morning hours, nothing out there but fields on all sides of Westmoreland and Ovilla Rd. The speed limit goes from 55 to 45 and they like to sit right over the hill going west on Ovilla Rd.
Seems their time might be better spent patroling neighborhoods.
This is a speed trap!
