Cop sits in the PGE parking lot and points the radar up the hill towards the freeway overpass if you are coming from Petaluma Blvd heading towards McDowell.

This PG&E lot is hangout for slackers = coffee & donut cops killing time. So to justify it they write tickets.

It is well posted, but should be a 40 mph zone. I am allways driving 40 to 45 mph here and it is a safe speed.
