So JCS (Jackson Christian School) is on this road. There’s not always a cop here, but they do really like hanging out near the edge of the school zone. They usually aren’t on the side closest to The Columns. But literally right by the (flashing-when-school-zone-is-in-effect) 30mph sign, there’s generally someone hanging out about 30% of the time when school is starting or letting out, 25% of the time when there’s an event (including sporting events) at the school.
Not insanely active, but they know it’s a speeding hotspot. Especially with high school students that drive (100% of seniors; 95-100% of juniors; varies for younger grades).
