The firestone police department has uses County Rd. 24 as “revenue enhancement area” their words. This area is used to pull drivers over for any slight traffic violation and is used to harass local residents

Does anyone even know the definition of a speed trap? It seems if the speed limit is clearly posted then it is not a trap. I have lived in the Firestone area for several years. All speed limts are clearly posted and most areas have a warning sign that the speed limit is slowing. Maybe drivers should pay attention and slow down. By the way, Firestone Blvd (WCR 24) is not a "revenue enhancement area". You must have gotten a ticket...that was pry deserved.
