Cops will sit on the side of the road in tall grass, lights off, at night…which I beleve is not legal. You go 2 miles over, your done. Smile, be polite, Yes sir, no sir, thank you sir

First I question the validity of a speedtrap report that indicates that a person was ticketed or even warned at 2 mph over the speed limit. The legality of parking along a road with lights off is a moot point, anymore that parking behind a roadsign would illegal. Don't speed.
Since this was posted Florida has enacted a law prohibiting cops from ticketing drivers who are within 5 mph of the limit. So the "2 mph" bit no longer applies.
