Local cops sit on an unused street and wait, especially after dark with his car lights off. You are two-tenths of a mile from 55 mph. It jumps from 25 to 55mph that quickly. Most people are going faster simply because you are almost in the country. I have heard numerous people say "Brooklyn, I was stopped there too."
