Approaching this small village there is no "Reduce Speed Ahead" warning as the 55mph limit drops to 35mph within city limits.

Yes,this is true and a problem.Approaching Anna from the south there is a 55mph sign ,then boom,35mph.And the police are at the first 35mph sign.Yes,thats right,the first.Then about a 100 yrds down the road is another.If they cant put a "Reduced speed sign ahead" between the 55 and the 35 signs,they should be sitting in wait at the second sign,where you have been warned a 100 yrds back.
