Local HSPD sit either on the south side of the road close to the city limits and get cars coming into the city from Ginnie Springs area. I’ve also seen them hide their cars behind trees and stand on the side of the road at the same place with a laser and motion for the cars to pull over and then get in their cars to get in behind them to write the tickets.

Now that's a down and dirty speed trap, wonder if the fuzzers have their snake boots on ?
