This road is most heavily enforced between Harborview and Midway. Enforcement is by way of squad cars hiding in the median and, most recently, an officer on foot with a radar/lidar gun and 5-6 squad cars staged a block or so ahead. The officer on foot hides 50-60 feet off to the side of the road or sits on the guardrail. This is a flat straight extremely safe road with superb visibility and looks very much like a stretch of Interstate. It is posted at 45 MPH but is universally and safely navigated at speeds of 55-60 MPH. I have witnessed tickets given to drivers who could not have passed me going over 50 mph. Beware.
