Courtland Avenue at Hillmount St
Speed limit of 50 Km/h but on a street that you would expect a minimum of 60 km/h. The trap is unusually, at the top of the hill, and can consist of one or more officers and vehicles. The most devious is a white van that has a plumbers rack on top. It easily passes for a vehicle pulled up to the corner to make a turn onto Courtland.
