The real trap is when the speed becomes 40 as you near Mostenbacher. I've seen the police with a radar gun sitting under a tree aiming the gun out the window in both directions, essentially hidden from drivers since it's near a curve in the road, until you're just about on top of him... I'd say this is a trap...
