Cumberland Hill Rd
Police park in china restaurant at bottom of a decline that changes from 35 to 25 mph. I went to court approx 80 percent of speeding fines for this one location. My ticket was written for going 35 in heavy traffic on a single-lane street.

Speed trap at Cumberland Hill is done from the HO Kong Chinese restaurant and the owner is finally petitioning the mayor Balldelli-Hunt to have police refrain from using private property to use for speed traps. The restaurant owner says its bad for business. Patrons pull into his parking lot to buy take-out food and police ticket patrons in the parking lot.
