Cuthbert Street near Andrews Hwy
Just East of Andrews highway by the Albertsons, the speed limit drops to 20 miles per hour. No school zone, just the posted limit of the street. Police officers often hang out at one of the stop signs in a patrol car or actually stand out on the sidewalk with a radar gun. Much better use would be made of patrolling the 80 mph loop.
