It's been more than 2 years since this post. They still sit in this location from time-to-time, watching for those who think they can do 60+ mph. They don't bother those doing 40-45. This is not a speed trap, but a location for "selective enforcement." If you watch your speed and drive close to the posted "limit" you won't be bothered.
