Going west bound on Cypress Street just pass Citrus Avenue a police car hide behind the tall bushes at the elementary school. His view is totally blocked until you pass him.

These bushes are just beside an elementary school. This is a wide street and cars
speed through this area - school in or school out. Slow down - cop or not
