People who live in Spring know about this one — right after Anderson Elementary traveling southbound there is a long bridge that is posted 35 mph, right after it goes up to 45 mph. The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable is hiding on the road that loops under the bridge. They pulled my friend over the other day 1 foot away from the 45 mph sign and ticketed him. It is not uncommon for them to also openly clock you by hand with their radars (right after the bridge) and wave people over for speeding.
