Cypresswood Drive between I-45 and West to Kuykendahl Rd., 2 miles east of the Constable substation. They are sitting there just about any time of the day.

I like that they have a speed trap here. The speed limit for this stretch is 20mph, yet i see people going atleast 35 consistently. I am afraid that they will go 45 if they raise the speed limit from 20. The more cops i see, the happier i will be. Until I get pulled over, that is.
