Dale Street near Como Avenue
There is a bridge just south of Como Ave. on Dale St. in Saint Paul. The limit there is 30, but motorists frequently go 40-45 or more. I drive this route to and from work daily, and see people pulled over at least once a day. The police simply wait on side streets and if they see you race by, they will pull you over.
