Davidson Road near Charlotte Avenue
At the strip mall located at the end of Davidson Road, intersecting with Charlotte Ave (near WalMart) the police officers park their cars up close to the building and stand near or in the street with the radar guns. They are aiming at the drivers coming North from Harding towards Charlotte.
