Dawson Street near 5th and 6th Street
Located on Dawson Street usually between 5th and 6th streets. Unmarked Dodge Charger usually sits around the afternoon rushhour — after 330 till 6ish and runs rear radar from the rightside of the road just as you crest the 3rd street hill. Speed limit is 35 but everyone travels on average 45… limit is extremely too low.

Similar thing goes on a block away on Wooster.
Except the cops parallel park between cars in the allowed parking spaces on Wooster. Anywhere from 16th to 5th street.
