Del Rosa Ave. and the 210 formerly the 30 freeway.
A motorcycle cop sits beneath the freeway every morning, during the week, and waits for people to either speed north bound on Del Rosa or make a right on the red light at Del Rosa and date st. That light has a "no right turn on red" sign. Its all-you-can-eat for that moto cop.

The signs (3 of them) at W/B Date St @ Del Rosa St state "No right turn on red 9 AM to 6 PM" There posted there in an attempt to stop gridlock. The SBPD officer you see on Del Rosa under the 210 freeway is writing the cite for the failure to obey the sign, not speeders.
