Deleware Avenue near Interstate 55
ON Deleware from I55 to US51 posted limit changes from 30 to 25 and the pd will write a ticket to anyone rich to small big to poor.

Delware Ave is 30 MPH from the I-55 exit until the 7th street intersection...at that time it is clearly posted to slow to 25....if you are going 30 as you should be,reducing to 25 isnt that big a chore...paying attention to the posted limits and then FOLLOWING them is the best medicene for speed traps...
