Dempster/ Milwaukee Underpass
If you are going east on Dempster, right after you come out of the underpass there is a cop waiting behind the cement wall on the right side. It is impossible to see him until after you exit the Underpass, and if you’re going too fast, there isn’t enough time to slow down. The posted Speed Limit is 35, but the road is a big one and busy enough one that it is definitely safe enough to go 45.

Yes, this is speed trap. They will get you going east because they sit on the first side street east of the bridge you go under. The only problem with this post is it is not in Morton Grove it is in Niles Illinois.
