Dempster Street near Keeler Avenue
Just west of the kosher restaurants on Dempster near Crawford Avenue, Skokie cop lies in wait on cross streets just south of Dempster using radar on EB traffic. I looped around to make sure I had the street name right, and by then he had already pulled someone over. Limit is 30 or 35.
