East of 66 on Dolly Parton parkway is not a speed trap , but they definitely need patrol officers on east side of Dolly Parton close to city limits. Cars and pickup trucks race down on this side all the time . And even though multiple car wrecks have happened on this end nothing has happened about speeding. I live just off the road so I see and hear all the racing.
