Double lane going inbound to Halifax (Between Timberlea and Halifax Exits)
They sit just over the hill or at the top of the hill, where you can’t see then until its too late. Sometimes sit on the overpass by Timberlea. More common in the morning IMO. Sometimes have a person just off of the road with a radar who radio’s to a car further down the highway.
