Drexelgate Parkway near Between Rochester and Livernois
Usually in the mornings the local police will sit at the Avon Hills Rec Center off of Drexelgate, or in one of the Heritage Townhomes Courts. Sometimes they are there around 5-6pm as well, but mostly in the mornings.
