Duncan Avenue near State Route 440
Right near Lincoln Park on Duncan Ave police sit on the grass waiting for someone to cut through the park to avoid Rt 440 Traffic. Also next to furniture Flea Market police sit to catch people speeding down Rt 440.

Duncan is Monitered By State Police and the Park is heavily Trapped by County Sheriffs Cars... Do not cut through the Park Unless you are planning to drive very slow. do Not roll through any stop signs or Not yield to pedestrians in the park either... Ticket frenzy Sheriffs Officers
