Dupuy Road near Stretch of Road Between the Boulevard and Virginia State College Boulevard
Dupuy is a short stretch of 2 lane road running from the Boulevard in Colonial Heights into Chesterfield County with Virginia State College located right at the entrance into Chesterfield. There is one street off Dupuy where I see radar set up almost every day. It is especially bad coming back in to Colonial Heights because the speed limit immediately drops from 35 to 25 as it is a residential section.

How can this be a speed trap when the writer described the road and the change over on speed so well. Also for a police car to use radar requires the police car to be in clear view. The problem is college students coming in a residential area at a high rate of speed. Folks along this road require the speed limit be enforced. I guess this is a residential speed trap by the residents.
